2. Apply for Admission
  • Once you have decided that PJPII is the right choice for you and your child, fill out the  Application / Formulario de Solicitud.
  • To complete the application, the following must be submitted:
    • Individual Education Plan (IEP, 504, etc. if applicable)
    • Most recent report card
  • In accordance with state law, families must follow these enrollment guidelines:
    • To enter Kindergarten, the student must be 5 years old by 9/1/2021
    • To enter Preschool, the student must be 3 or 4 years old by 9/1/2021
3. Complete Registration and Grant & Aid application
Our online Family Registration form serves as the foundation for payment of tuition and fees. Because PJPII has financial obligations that must be met, such as teacher salaries, heating and electric bills, building maintenance and improvements, tuition payments must be made on time through the FACTS Tuition Management Program.
  • Set up an account in FACTS  to register.
  • If your family requires financial aid, we encourage you to submit your application early to be considered for as many potential aid sources as possible.  All our financial aid is need-based.  We use both an external technical review (provided by FACTS grant and aid) and a committee approach to calculate aid offers.
    • You will need your complete tax return and W-2's from the past two years.
  • For information on Action for Children   (for Prekindergarten tuition and aftercare costs) and the application process, please click here.
4. Complete Enrollment
  • The time has come to complete the paperwork! There are only as many forms as required, we promise. Click HERE for the enrollment checklist.
