PLEASE FILL LUNCH ORDERS OUT AS FOLLOWS:
1. Name and room number where indicated
2. CIRCLE either a hot meal or a cold meal and fill in the price where indicated
3. Fill in the total
4. Put menu and payment, if required, in an envelope with your child’s name & room number on the envelope and mark it
“LUNCH PROGRAM”
5. Make checks payable to: Pope John Paul II Catholic School … you may also pay cash.
NOTE: All paid lunches are $2.50, **reduced lunches are $0.40, and include a hot meal OR a cold meal. Each meal includes a main item, vegetable, fruit and a choice of milk or orange juice. Milk and orange juice purchased separately is $0.50 each for 8 oz. container.
**Free and Reduced Lunches have not yet been determined. So all lunches, until you are notified you qualify, are $2.50 per day.
Orders are not accepted without payment. THERE IS NO CREDIT unless your child ordered lunch and was absent on that day, you are entitled to a credit on the next week's menu. If your child happens to be absent and you haven’t ordered lunch, call the school and speak with me and I will handle the order over the phone. We do not give refunds unless it is change from an over payment.
All lunches are ordered a week in advance. NO LUNCHES ARE SERVED ON HALF DAYS OF SCHOOL. Notices/events are included on the bottom of the menus for your convenience.
Lunches are ordered on a week to week basis. You are responsible for filling out your child’s lunch order each week and making sure your child hands in his/her order before Wednesday of that week to ensure he/she is guaranteed lunch for the next week. I DO NOT take orders on a day by day basis. All lunches are ordered before hand.
