Minutes:
 
1. Opening Prayer : Mrs. Dunn
2. First order of Business
   A. Unannounced Cheerleaders dance for 2/12/10
       everyone agreed that it was discussed but it was never affirmed with us or the Principal.  Mr. Cuprak to address matter.
 
    B. Reports: approx. $5000.00 in Home and school fund
                $81.00 in cash for misc. and $300.00 were
               appropriated towards the NYC field trip
                from cash funds from raffles.
 
 
3. Tabled discussions:
  A. Valentine's Day raffle and Dance has been scratched.  We agreed to make a St. Patrick's Day Raffle for the week of March 17th.
 
  B. Dinner and a Movie has moved to 2/26/10.  Details will be ironed out and a notice will follow home.
 
  C. Tag Sale - 5/15/10 -5/16/10 We will be renting tables and space.  We will need volunteers, items.  A notice will be posted online, in our local paper and in church bulletins. 
 
  D. Family Beach party - to be held on 4/30/10.
 
  Open Discussion:
 
  A. Discussed grants- Mr. Cuprak is looking for grant information to see what we qualify for.  If your employer has a matching charitable contributions benefit please speak to Mr. Fredericksen.
 
B. Honey Baked Ham Fundraiser (Scratched)
C. Rock Cats Family Fun Day-  WE opted for one school field trip.  Mrs.______
is in charge of the contacts and details.  We also opted for a PJP2 day at the Rock Cats details will be brought for next meeting.
D. Golf Tournanment: Mr. Fredericksen reminded us to make some baskets to raffle of at the tournament.  Ron Carroll will be in charge of this.
E. School team photography discussed. Mr. Cuprak will be looking into this.
F. Sports Banquet; One of the team moms will get info.
G- We need to discuss volunteers sign  up for the Bazaar.

Volunteer(s) needed to organize “Good News” folder – see Mr. Cuprak

Need shed and fence repair for Pre-K outside activities

On-line Parent survey

Archdiocese evaluation for Mr. Cuprak
