Before and After School Care Program

Our program is available daily from 7:00 am until 5:30 pm for all PJP2 students in pre-school to 8th grade.  The fee is $7.00 per hour. Each additional sibling is $5.00 per hour.

All children are supervised by a teacher at a 10 to 1 ratio.  Afternoon snacks are provided.

A number of enriching activities are available to the children including outside playground and gym time, tutoring, and homework time.  Educational games, arts and crafts give a variety of choices to please all of our students.

All families need to register their children at the beginning of the school year.  Emergency phone numbers are kept on file and a phone is always available for contact to and from parents.

A list of approved persons to pick up the children from aftercare is also kept on file.  No child will be released to anyone not on this list unless the school office receives prior written notification from the child's parents/guardian.  Proper identification needs to be presented to the teacher in charge before a child will be released.  No one under 18 years of age will be allowed to pick up a child for the safety of all concerned.

Payment must be made weekly ASAP in advance of the schedule for that week.  If payments fall more than a month behind the child may not return to extended care until the past due balance is paid in full.  Late fee of $25.00 charged monthly if not paid on time. An additional late fee of $5.00 will be charged for every 5 minutes after the 5:30 pick up.

Any children who have repeated problems with the rules and regulations or aggressive behavior, physical or verbal, will be suspended from the program until the problems are resolved.

The program is available on half days of school except on November 23rd and December 23rd, and is NOT available on days when there is no school.

We are closed during Christmas vacation, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving weekend.

Our purpose is to serve the ever-changing needs of our families, therefore each child and schedule will be negotiated on an individual basis to provide exceptional care in a holy, loving and safe environment.
